Updates to Secure Customer Website Coming July 24

Beginning Sunday afternoon, July 24, 2011, when you log in to the secure customer website at bnsf.com, you will see updated features. These updates will allow BNSF to implement more new and improved features in the future. Sunday’s updates include:

Personalized Content – Customize your home screen to see the information you use most. You can also use the “My Custom Page” tab to add even more personalized content.
Welcome Menu – Find all of your personal information, such as password, PIN and contact information in one convenient menu.
Secure Password Reset – See a new, more secure way to reset your password with email confirmation.

There are no changes to the secure tools. Older Web browsers (such as Internet Explorer 6) may not be compatible with the updated features.
