As a reminder, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) requires:

· Drayage trucks operating at California ports and intermodal rail yard facilities to register tractors in CARB’s Drayage Truck Registry (DTR)

· Port and intermodal rail yard facilities to report tractors entering their facilities that are non-compliant (i.e. not registered in the DTR) to CARB, the enforcement agent

It is the responsibility of motor carriers operating in the state of California to understand CARB regulations affecting their business.
