This June, BNSF will be upgrading our secure customer website. As part of the upgrade, older Web browsers will not be compatible with the functionality of the new system. We’ve detected that you are using 2001’s Internet Explorer 6, which will no longer be supported.

By Sunday, June 12, 2011, you will need to update your browser from IE6 or use one of these more current platforms to continue using the secure customer section of bnsf.com: Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3.5, Safari 4 or Google Chrome.

Additional information on the upgraded secure customer site and its new features will be sent closer to implementation.
