This is to advise you that there will be a 28.0% BNSF Carload Fuel Surcharge for the month of November 2008, as provided in Item 3375, Section A of BNSF Rules Book, 6100-A.

The AG Products mileage based Fuel Surcharge will be $0.70/mile for the month of November 2008, as provided in Item 3375, Section B of BNSF Rules Book, BNSF-6100-A.

The All Other Carload mileage based Fuel Surcharge will be $0.70/mile for November 2008, as provided in Item 3375, Section B of BNSF Rules Book, BNSF-6100-A.

This is based on the national average price of Highway Diesel Fuel of $4.024 per gallon reported in September 2008.

As you were previously advised, the percentage based Carload Fuel Surcharge will be 31.0%, the mileage based AG Products Fuel Surcharge will be $0.77/mile, and the All Other Carload mileage based Fuel Surcharge will be $0.77/mile for the month of October 2008.
