BNSF to Launch Modernized Customer Portal on August 6

We are excited to announce that we will launch a newly modernized customer-facing portion of our website on Sunday, August 6. The new Customer Portal is a more intuitive tool designed to be easier to navigate to improve your online experience with BNSF.

Once logged into the Portal, customers will be able to take a guided tour of the new site.



While this is a new way of conducting business with BNSF online, customers will continue to have access to the same applications and information they had before the launch.

We hope you find that our new Customer Portal delivers on our goal of bringing you an improved website experience. These enhancements are a part of our ongoing focus to continue working to make it easier for you to do business with BNSF.
