Enhancements to eCargo Tool Now Available

In an ongoing effort to improve the experience of our customers, BNSF has recently improved the eCargo Tool.

Enhancements include the ability to:

  • Upload 25 documents
  • Upload documents up to 20MB in size
  • Upload additional documents after a claim has been filed
  • Search by BNSF claim number and equipment initial/number
