UPDATED: Alameda Corridor Rate Increase Effective December 1, 2011
The Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority (ACTA) is implementing a special rate increase (Subsequent Shortfall Advance) in Use Fees and Container Charges, effective Thursday, December 1, 2011.
The increase is based on the Amended Use and Operating Agreement, Section 7.3(h)(ix), which allows an increase of $1.12 per TEU for Use Fees for loaded Waterborne Containers and Container Charges, until such time as all outstanding Subsequent Shortfall Advances are refunded by ACTA to the Ports.
For more information on these and other port fees, please see our Web page and click on “Port Fees”. If you have any questions, please contact your Intermodal Marketing Representative.
