Final Report: Derailment near Madill, Oklahoma

As mentioned in the Service Advisory issued on July 10, 2011, BNSF reported that merchandise train H TPLTUL4 08 derailed near Madill, Oklahoma.

The main track was restored to service at 3:40 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 10, 2011. Customers may experience delays of 12 hours on shipments moving through this area.
