Final Report: Bridge Outage near Creston, Iowa
On Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 18:30 CDT a railway bridge, which is approximately
17 miles east of Creston, Iowa was damaged by fire.
The bridge was repaired and both main tracks were returned to service at 14:50 CDT
November 19, 2011. All train traffic has been restored to its regular traffic routes
but shipments continue to incur delay on account of the service interruption recovery.
