Report: Flooding in Missouri and Arkansas

BNSF has experienced flooding in Missouri and Arkansas. Various main tracks have been taken out of service account high water and heavy rains. BNSF will continue to monitor the flooding overnight. Re routes may be established in order to minimize impact to our customers.

Detailed information on the flooded areas:
-Cherokee Subdivision is out of service between Jeff, Missouri and Racine, Missouri
(approximately 68 miles west of Springfield, Missouri)
-Thayer South Subdivision- is out of service at Hardy, Arkansas (approximately 19 miles south of Thayer, Missouri)

Estimate times of opening are unknown at this time.
