Report: Winter Weather

BNSF is being impacted by a winter storm moving across the northern portion of our network. Heavy snowfall and high winds have contributed to downed trees along the Scenic Subdivision near Skykomish and Winton, Washington. These conditions have resulted in the cease of train movement along this corridor in order to allow maintenance forces to clear the right of way for safe train operations. As a result, customers may experience delays of up to 12 hours on traffic moving through this region.
