Report: Severe Weather Chicago Division

BNSF reports severe weather moved across the Chicago Division early this morning, June 27, 2011, blowing debris over the tracks and causing signal outages in various locations due to loss of electrical power. BNSF personnel have been out clearing the tracks and providing generators to restore signal service to allow for safe train movement through the storm area.

Customers may experience 8 to 24 hours delay moving through this corridor.
