BNSF Automotive Service Advisory: Tuesday Update

Due to severe flooding issues in the Midwest, BNSF anticipates significant service delays for at least the next 2 weeks on automotive traffic destined to Kansas City.

As a possible contingency plan, BNSF is requesting that customers hold vehicles that originate at Portland, Tacoma or Vancouver, WA and are destined to Kansas City (interchange or Alliance final destination). BNSF will then coordinate unit train loading for Kansas City.
