Preliminary Report: Bridge Struck at Beaumont, TX

A train has been reported to have struck a bridge at Beaumont, TX Tuesday, June 11, 2013 on the KCS
Railway, resulting in significant damage to bridge - affecting BNSF trains operating over this segment
between Beaumont, TX and New Orleans, LA. As a result, trains will be re-routed until bridge is re-opened.

Personnel are currently working to reopen this lane. BNSF will continue to provide additional information
as it becomes available. Customers may experience delays of 24 to 48 hours on shipments moving
through this corridor.
