BNSF Agricultural Products 2015 Christmas and New Year's Operating Plan

HOLIDAY OBSERVANCE
This year, BNSF will observe the Christmas holiday on Thursday, December 24, and Friday, December 25, and the New Year's holiday on Thursday, December 31, and Friday, January 1.

SHUTTLE TRAIN SERVICE
This year, the BNSF shuttle holidays will be 6 a.m. Thursday, December 24, through 6 a.m. Saturday, December 26, and 6 a.m. December 31, through 6 a.m. Saturday, January 2.

Christmas Holiday

      Empty Shuttles
      Customers with empty trains arriving at the loading facility after 6 a.m. Thursday, December 24, may elect to move their official spot time to 6 a.m. Saturday, December 26. During this time frame, trains may be loaded if desired.

      Loaded Shuttles
      Customers with loaded trains arriving at an unload facility after 6 a.m. Thursday, December 24, may elect to move their official spot time to 6 a.m. Saturday, December 26. During this time frame, trains may be unloaded if desired.
New Year's Holiday
      Empty Shuttles
      Customers with empty trains arriving at the loading facility after 6 a.m. Thursday, December 31, may elect to move their official spot time to 6 a.m. Saturday, January 2. During this time frame, trains may be loaded if desired.

      Loaded Shuttles
      Customers with loaded trains arriving at an unload facility after 6 a.m. Thursday, December 31, may elect to move their official spot time to 6 a.m. Saturday, January 2. During this time frame, trains may be unloaded if desired.
In either case, customers who elect to move their spot time must contact BNSF Grain Operations at least eight hours in advance and advise of their intentions for train, power and crew planning purposes.

There are no allowances beyond the time frames specified. Origination Efficiency Payment (OEP) or Destination Efficiency Payment (DEP) will be lost if customer(s) elect to operate outside of these allowances.

Throughout the holiday period, BNSF will remain focused on keeping the Grain Network performing to meet demand. All shuttle and other unit grain trains will operate as normal.

CARLOAD TRAIN SERVICE
BNSF's Carload 2015 Christmas and New Year's operating plan will remain focused on meeting customers' expectations while matching operations to any reductions in traffic volumes.

During the holiday period, carload and local terminal train service will operate according to normal schedules, sizing yard support to reflect specific customer holiday requirements.

BNSF may annul or consolidate some carload train symbols, including through, local and industry switch jobs, immediately following the holiday period.

INTERLINE TRAFFIC
Delays may occur on connecting railroads if carriers have reduced operations for the holiday.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
For interactive tracing 365 days a year, please use BNSF's Web Tracing tool by logging in with your user name and password and selecting Track Your Shipment. For service issues, please call 888-428-2673 and select option 4, then option 3.

Customer Support and Grain Operations will maintain a limited staff on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve until 6 p.m. Normal coverage will resume at 6 a.m. on the Saturday following each holiday.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Shipping instructions must be submitted via EDI or by using the BNSF Shipping Instructions Web tool. Faxed shipping instructions are not accepted. Assistance with shipping instructions at BNSF Waybill Solutions is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please call 888-428-2673 and select option 3, option 2 and option 3 for assistance.
