Mexico Grain Shuttle Traffic Now Routing Through Eagle Pass
Due to work commencing on the Ciudad Juarez railroad grade separation project, BNSF expects greater than normal congestion through the El Paso gateway. One of two railroad bridges will be continually out of service.
Effective immediately, BNSF will be routing all waybills for grain shuttle traffic to FXE destinations in Mexico via Eagle Pass. The duration of this routing is expected to be 60 days or longer. Please bill and plan customs processing accordingly.
If you have questions regarding this change, please contact your BNSF Marketing Representative.
