New Service Change Notification Now Available on bnsf.com

BNSF is committed to customer listening and making it easier for customers to do business with us. Recently in our Customer Relationship Survey, you told us that BNSF could make managing your shipments easier by notifying you when your local service changes. Acting on this feedback, today we are launching a new customer notification type, “Service Change Notification”, on the secured bnsf.com.

By signing up for this notification type, you will get an email when changes occur to your local service, with customizable details such as day of week and time of day changes, and when service has been added or removed.

To sign up to begin receiving these notifications, log in to www.bnsf.com. After logging in, go to the Notifications channel, and on the Monitor Shipments tab, select “CREATE A NEW SUBSCRIPTION”, then “Service Change”. Follow the prompts to add your location(s) and preferences for notification. You will be able to choose the type of notification you want (day of week or time of day changes), the number of hours for time of day changes, which location(s) you’d like to receive notifications for, and which email address(es) you’d like notifications sent to.
