Customer Notifications Channel Now Available on bnsf.com

In August, BNSF streamlined the way customers manage their subscriptions to notifications by releasing an enhanced version of the Customer Subscription Service. Changes to the application include a redesigned layout and organization, a simplified subscribe and unsubscribe process, and new help features.

    As a further enhancement, you will now see the Customer Notifications Channel on your home page when you log in to www.bnsf.com to give you a convenient way to manage your subscriptions.

    To make changes to placement or remove the channel from your home page, click on the Content link at the top left of your home page.

    If you do not have a bnsf.com login, you can register by clicking on the “Register/Login Customer” link at www.bnsf.com.
