Enhancements to BNSF’s eDemurrage Tool Available November 6, 2008

Based on customer feedback, BNSF has made enhancements to the eDemurrage tool on bnsf.com to make it easier to do business with BNSF. Changes to the tool include a redesigned home page and an increased dispute resolution box size.

Beginning Thursday, November 6, 2008, eDemurrage users will see the former “Location Selection” page as their new eDemurrage homepage. This will give customers quick access to view their current inventory or invoices for each location through one click on the location they’d like to see.

In addition, when users are filing disputes through the eDemurrage tool, they will now have more space to enter comments (increased from 380 to 800 characters) in the dispute resolution box.
