New Waybill Details Application Available Now

BNSF has been making improvements to bnsf.com tools based on your feedback. A new application called Customer Waybill Details is available to valid trace parties. The tool is found under the “Trace” section in your secured bnsf.com.

Benefits include:

  • An improved format view of the waybill
  • The ability to print and email current and previous waybills for the past 13 months
  • The ability to access waybill details in Track Your Shipment and Rail Central
  • Waybill Details will be found in Track Your Shipment by clicking on the piece of equipment
  • The former “Waybill Info” in Rail Central has been replaced with “Shipment Details”
