My Reports to Replace the SCOOP Report Effective October 31, 2008
In an effort to streamline the reporting tools available for our customers and make it easier for you to do business with BNSF, the SCOOP Report within Railcar Equipment Request will be replaced with My Reports on bnsf.com, effective October 31, 2008.
What is the change?
The SCOOP Report information is now available via the improved My Reports on bnsf.com. This tool provides customers with real-time data, versus the former daily updated view of the SCOOP Report. My Reports sends email reports that can be customized to meet your needs – including send frequency and amount of information included.
In addition, My Reports offers quick and easy access to the Railcar Equipment Request application from within the on-screen report, which eliminates the need to launch a separate window to view and manage your equipment orders.
How to create your customized report
· Log in to bnsf.com
· Click on “My Reports” under the “Trace” section of the “Applications” channel
· Click “Create a New Report” and follow the steps to customize your report
o You can choose the fields, columns, filters and criteria of your report and indicate delivery frequency
o Any reports you currently receive will be listed and can be edited to meet your needs
We recommend that you log in and create your report in My Reports before the SCOOP Report expires on October 31, 2008. If you do not have a bnsf.com login, you can register by clicking on the “Register/Login Customer” link on the BNSF home page.
