New "Facility Profile" Tool Shows BNSF's View of Your Facility

Now available on the secure bnsf.com, "Facility Profile" provides you with a clear understanding of how BNSF services your company's facility, including track and shipment handling details. In addition, it identifies who BNSF has on file as the "local railroad contact" at your facility, which would be the person BNSF would contact regarding service or facility layout.

You can use this tool to provide BNSF with your company's facility diagram. Up to three attachments can be uploaded -- images, drawings or both. In addition, the new "Facility Profile" application allows you to access the Switch & Release application (if you have already been approved for access) to switch in or release equipment, as well as access to manage your Customer Subscription Service Notifications -- to subscribe, unsubscribe or view history of notifications sent in the past.

Please review your facility and contact information in the new "Facility Profile" application and notify BNSF Customer Support (888-428-2673 option 4, option 3) of any changes or updates.

If you already have a bnsf.com secured web ID, you can access the Facility Profile application at any time. If you do not have a bnsf.com web ID, please register on the bnsf.com login at www.bnsf.com.
