Coming Soon to bnsf.com: My Reports Becomes New Rail Central

BNSF is working to help you more easily monitor and manage your shipments online. The new Rail Central tool, available later this month on bnsf.com, replaces the current My Reports tool with improved functionality and an updated customer interface.

You will soon see these enhancements in Rail Central:
See your reports in two view options – Data View and Map View
From either view, see units by location and select for release or diversion
You can also see demurrage, equipment characteristics and history by unit in either view

Other features include expandable/collapsible data, sortable columns, quick filtering and no more pop-up windows.

Rail Central will continue to give you access to the tools you need daily, such as Waybill Info and Trip Plan, and the way you build reports in Rail Central will remain the same as it is currently in My Reports.

Carload Pipeline Reports Tool
As part of the Rail Central upgrade, the Carload Pipeline Reports tool will be enhanced. In addition to better organization, you will see your actual month-to-date demurrage, information by track and improved, user-friendly terminology.

Beginning later this month, Rail Central can be accessed from inside the secure bnsf.com on the new Rail Central tab at the top of your screen. If you do not have access to the secure bnsf.com, you can register at any time by clicking on the “Register” link in the Customer Login box on the BNSF home page.
