Reminder: Receive Your Miscellaneous Charges Invoices By Email
As a reminder, BNSF Railway is offering an email billing option for delivery of miscellaneous and accessorial charges. This feature is convenient and saves time, as invoices are sent directly to you by email on the day they are generated. It also allows BNSF and customers to minimize waste and conserve energy by reducing the amount of paper used.
To sign up to receive your miscellaneous and accessorial charges invoices by email, please send an email to MisceTools@bnsf.com with the following information for each email recipient:
· Phone Number(s)
· Email Address(es)
This information will help ensure that invoices are delivered to the right contact. Upon submittal, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to two weeks from the date of your request for the email conversion to be completed.
Please note: Demurrage invoices are not currently included in this offering; however, customers can elect to receive a notification by email when a new demurrage invoice has been issued by selecting “Notification List” in the eDemurrage Web tool. Demurrage invoices can also be printed directly from the eDemurrage Web tool. BNSF will contact customers when demurrage invoices by email are available.
