Final Report: Washout near Ottumwa, Iowa

As mentioned in a Service Advisory on August 11, 2010, BNSF reported a track washout near Ottumwa, Iowa. The main tracks were fully restored to service at approximately 10:10 a.m. CST on August 12, 2010.
