Report: Derailment near Dunning, Nebraska
On Monday, October 10, 2011, at approximately 8:00 a.m. CDT coal trains C-BKTRTR1-40 and C-BTMSFK0-26 derailed 80 miles northwest of Ravenna, Nebraska near Dunning, Nebraska.
The current estimated time for reopening the main track is late this evening. Customer shipments will experience delays over the next 24 - 48 hours on traffic moving through this area due to congestion caused by the outage.
