Updated Report: Derailment Near Bill, Wyoming

At 1:05 a.m. November 24, 2013, FCROWB9123, a UP coal train moving on BNSF track, has derailed across three main tracks between Bill, Wyoming and Shawnee Junction, Wyoming. This location is 65 miles west of Guernsey, Wyoming and 132 mile east of Gillette, Wyoming.

Main track three re-opened at 1:00 p.m. Central Time on November 24th, 2013. It is estimated that main tracks one and two will re-open at approximately 6:00 a.m. Central Time on November 25th, 2013.

BNSF will continue to provide you with additional information as it becomes available. Customers may experience delays of 24 to 48 hours on shipments moving through this corridor.
