In order to provide rate exclusivity to Siding Products, BNSF has created a new pricing authority that will govern all Siding Products shipments.

Beginning December 1, certain STCCs formerly covered by BNSFQ 113355 and BNSFQ 113479 will now ship under BNSFQ 200013. The following STCCs will now ship under BNSFQ 200013: 3271941, 3271945, and 2499906.

In addition, pricing for BNSFQ 200013 will be adjusted and aligned with our Panel & Manufactured Products Price Adjustments announcement dated October 1, 2019. Price adjustments will be effective January 1, 2020.

Rate adjustments will be determined on a lane-specific basis in markets that we serve.

Rates will be posted to the BNSF Price Publications Web page by December 1.
