Update Report: Scenic Sub Service Out of Service due to Inclement Weather Conditions

BNSF Scenic subdivision between Scenic, WA and Skykomish, WA is Out of Service (OOS) as of approximately 02:15 p.m. CT on Monday, January 13, 2020 due to continued weather related snow slide/trees down at various locations. BNSF field personnel continue to clear the tracks due to very challenging conditions based on the sheer number of fallen trees coupled with depth of snowfall accumulation. The current estimated time for opening the main track is Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 08:00 p.m. CT
